DAPCO TUBE & PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEMS
Dapco specializes in meeting our tube & pipe client’s unique requirements to inspect products for internal defects. Dapco has more than forty years of experience in the design and manufacturing of customized, turnkey Ultrasonic NDT Tube & Pipe Inspection Systems used for high throughput, real-time inspection of products for both in-line and off-line applications. Dapco’s tube & Pipe Inspection systems are designed to inspect tube & pipe for internal flaws to meet API, ISO, EN, DOT or Company Standards.
DSAW PIPE INSPECTION
Provides 100% full body inspection for thickness, laminations,
and flaw detection, thus eliminating the need to inspect the
raw steel plates prior to being used in the production of line
pipe. The system’s control computer recognizes and masks
out the welded region and concentrates the inspection on the
main body of the pipe.
ERW PIPE WELD INSPECTION
Dapco’s ERW Weld Line Inspection system is designed to operate both off-line and in-line in the post welding area. The system is available with a vision/laser weld tracking device and it will meet or exceed all API 5L and Private Oil Company specifications.
WALL THICKNESS MONITORING
The wall thickness monitoring system is designed to operate in-line as a production control tool. The system inspects for wall thickness variations as the tube moves linearly through the test station. It automatically calculates eccentricity and continuously takes absolute thickness measurements, with the minimum thickness reading, maximum thickness reading, average thickness reading, and standard deviation of the readings calculated
LAIN END CASING INSPECTION
The purpose of the Plain End Casing inspection system is to handle high
speed testing of casing pipes with five directions of inspection. System
will meet or exceed all API or private oil company needs
OIL COUNTRY INSPECTION SYSTEMS
The Dapco RTS-300 Ultrasonic oil country tubular goods pipe inspection
systems are designed to handle threaded, upset and plain end drilling and
casing pipes. System will meet or exceed all API or private oil company needs.
