Wall Thickness Monitoring System |

The wall thickness monitoring system is designed to operate in-line as a production
control tool. The system inspects for wall thickness variations as the tube moves
linearly through the test station. It automatically calculates eccentricity and
continuously takes absolute thickness measurements, with the minimum thickness reading,
maximum thickness reading, average thickness reading, and standard deviation of the
readings calculated.
